InterPlay Workshop with Beth Sarver

November 22, 2015 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

“Play is more than romping and stomping; it’s feeling, thinking and creating in the present moment.”

Join Resilience Educator and Certified Interplay Leader, Beth Sarver, for a unique opportunity to build your personal and community resilience through mindfulness play… InterPlay. Learn more at www.interplay.org

Inter-generational Interplay can foster the development of healthy attachment bonds, creative mindfulness practices, healthy organizational culture and a joyfully activated connection. Join us for a new kind of playful experience at Oasis on November 22nd after Beth’s talk on the Principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology.

InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. InterPlay is easy, fun, and life changing. It is based in a series of incremental “forms” that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities. InterPlay integrates body, mind, heart and spirit. Life has become so fragmented. InterPlay helps to pull everything back together so we get more of what we want. InterPlay is devoted to fun. It teaches the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way.

In this session Beth will guide us to embody the principles of interpersonal neurobiology and deepen our understanding of how the electro-chemical energy of connection is formed, ripples out from the mind of an individual and moves back and forth between us. For individuals aged 8 to 100+

Please come dressed comfortably and ready to engage with your community.
