Featured speaker: Dr. David Kingsley, “Waste, Fraud & Corruption in Health Care”

Dr. Kingsley is the founder and CEO of the Center for Health Information & Policy (CHIP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization engaged in health care data analytics. Prior to founding CHIP, he served on the graduate faculty in the Department of Health Policy & Management at Kansas University Medical Center. His most recent publications in peer-reviewed journals pertain to waste, corruption and fraud in the financing of hospital and long-term care institutions.

Dr. Kingsley has been a frequent speaker at meetings for national advocacy and governmental organizations. Most recently, he was invited to speak at the Attorneys General Medicaid Fraud Control Units Association meetings in Washington, D.C., New Orleans and San Diego. He is currently a consultant to attorneys and an expert witness in major federal litigation.
