Clark Johnson
Clark discovered Oasis during the pandemic, but waited until Oasis was meeting in person after the pandemic to start attending. Clark has been warmly welcomed to the secular community that Oasis provides. He finds the five core values of Oasis to be inspirational and enjoys meeting other people who also strive towards those values. Clark grew up in northwest Iowa, graduated from college in Nashville. He graduated again from college in Kansas City 5 years later where he met his wife. He now works for a small, audio-video-lighting integration company in Lenexa as a senior systems engineer.
Clark strongly connects with the core value of human hands solving human problems. He enjoys working with other Oasis people at Micah Ministry serving food to the homeless, building homes with Habitat for Humanity. At home, he enjoys being a handyman, learning how to fix problems around the house. After everything has been fixed (haha) he likes playing piano, cooking, and being in nature when the weather is warm with his wife.
