Featured Speakers: Jonathan Freiden & John Schuchart, “How to Use Humor to Reframe What’s Depressing Us”
Community Moment: Brittani Rhoades
Musical Guest: Joe Schoonover Duo

Jonathan and John will talk about how to use a humorous approach in reframing traumatic events to eliminate the negative emotions attached to them. They will help to provide a new perspective on the disease and the causes and positive consequences of reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.

John Schuchart is a successful entrepreneur, educator and author of the book, “‘You are not the brightest of my four sons,’ and other humorous things that have been said to me.”

Jonathan Freiden is an experienced CEO in the toy and energy industries and has been a successful, performance-driven executive while managing his own depression.
