A rampage shooting or school shooting is a result of a process that began long ago for the person responsible for taking lives. It is the beginning of a long and painful journey for victims, families and the community. The society at large tends to remain in limbo, unable to grasp and process this destructive pattern in our midst. The media does what it does best – creates a drama and a story best fit for ratings. What if we had the ability to piece together the steps leading up to a school shooting so that we might prevent the next one? What makes up the entirety of this phenomenon? What if you knew a school shooter? What would you ask? Please join Carrah for this most personal and necessary talk.

About the speaker: Carrah Q is a Spiritual trainer, yoga teacher, lipstick aficionado, meditation instructor and religious educator. She holds a master’s degree, with distinction, in philosophy/ecumenics from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a BA in religious studies from University of Arizona.
