Dr. Yang has over 30 years of global food and nutrition science expertise in the development and commercialization of food and nutrition products. He was president and COO of NutriJoy Inc., which was acquired by The Cola-Cola Company in 2008 and originally partnered with the National Institute for Strategic Technology Acquisition and Commercialization and Kansas State University. He is also a former Procter & Gamble executive with 16-plus years of experience in the Global Food & Beverage Business Unit. He holds eight patents and six pending patent applications. Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. in food science and nutrition from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S, in chemistry from Purdue University.
