Scott Cruce is the director of volunteer recruitment at Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City. A Big Brother himself four times over, he’s a huge believer in the power of mentorship. Outside of his work, Scott’s passions are his wife and family, his Missouri Tigers, his Royals and Chiefs and coaching his sons in baseball and basketball.
