Santa knows the four stages of evolution that you may not know. Twyla Dell Ph.D. will share these four hallmarks of
change over time and answer such questions as these: Did evolution end with the dinosaurs? Or with early man?
Or is it still going on? Does it only apply to the physical world or can we see it in our own lives?

In this fourth tour through evolution Twyla Dell explores her original theory here presented for the first time: How
evolution works, what signs we can look for to know when it changes, where and how it works, and whether we
can initiate evolutionary changes as we think of and create new projects! A big promise like this still boils down
to identifying and developing four simple stages.

Dr. Dell has already shared her other talks: “How the Earth Got to Be 6,000 Years Old and How We Know It Isn’t,”
“Why We’re Not Descended from Monkeys and How We Know We’re Not,” “How We Got to Be Human and Where
We Go from Here.” ( available on Oasis KC web site) to answer the vexing questions that beset secular people as
they try to explain evolution to others and refute the young-Earth believers. Remember the difference between
“believe” and “understand!”

Her fourth talk wraps up the workings of evolution and gives tools to identify, analyze, initiate, and manipulate
evolutionary tracks and/or observe them in motion.

Our speaker received her Ph.D. in environmental studies from Antioch University New England in 2009 and
has enjoyed researching and sharing her interest in evolution with Oasis and other audiences.
