Join us for the Whole Person Planting Independence Yard Cleanup event! We will perform low- to moderate-risk activities such as mowing, raking, weeding, and planting at the homes of people who receive services from The Whole Person. As we'll likely work up an appetite, we'll plan a lunch gathering afterward. Participants will need to sign a waiver, and choose their unisex T-shirt size. How many lives will YOU save November 11? Community Blood Center (CBC) is the primary supplier of blood for local hospitals and has been serving Missouri and Kansas hospitals for more than 50 years. CBC needs to collect 580 pints of blood every day and over 140,000 annually to meet the needs of our local hospitals.
