Every year, people come together at Kansas City Pride to celebrate our city's vibrant LGBTQIA community. We are meeting up at Pride for good food, dancing, and so much love and support. Bring your blanket or lawn chair, your favorite summer snacks, and some bug spray then come hang out with your community, in your community! Instead of our regular Sunday gathering, we will be putting together hygiene kits for Micah Ministry. Micah is a longtime friend of Oasis that feeds, clothes, and offers hygiene and medical treatment for Kansas City's homeless and working poor communities. If you are able, please bring empty prescription pill bottles, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. Trial-size or hotel freebies can also be used. Doors will open at 10:30 am if you would like to come hang out first. July 21st we are back to our regular Sunday gatherings!
