Join us for this family-friendly event. This show combines Tchaikovsky with animation and laser lights. We will explore the decorations and train exhibits in the Grand Hall, then meet outside of Rocky Mountain Chocolate at 2:45 p.m. to head down to the Gottlieb Planetarium for the 25-minute show. We will be assembling happy kits for Children’s Mercy hospital. The following donations are needed: * packs of crayons * colored pencils * kids' or adults' coloring books * construction paper * card stock paper * sheets of stickers * gallon-size Ziploc bags We also have foam craft kits that we will be packaging. How many lives will YOU save January 5? Community Blood Center (CBC) is the primary supplier of blood for local hospitals and has been serving Missouri and Kansas hospitals for more than 50 years. CBC needs to collect 580 pints of blood every day and more than 140,000 annually to meet the needs of our local hospitals. Kansas City Oasis is hosting a blood drive Sunday, January 5, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on CBC's donor bus.
